CostSegBNB grew out of TaxHelp.realestate, a firm focused on short term rental accounting, tax, and analysis, where it became clear there was a need for a faster, more accessible alternative to traditional cost segregation studies. Founded by John Tillman, a CPA and Mechanical Engineer, we couldn't find a quick way to estimate cost seg savings from images, so we built our own. Our proprietary database now includes over 5,000 detectable home features with 95% recognition accuracy.
