CostSegBNB started as a fast, accurate alternative to traditional cost segregation studies. Born out of TaxHelp.realestate, a firm focused on short term rental accounting, tax, and analysis. It was clear there was a need for more accessible cost segregation. Founder John Tillman, a CPA and Mechanical Engineer, couldn't find a quick way to estimate cost seg savings from images, so we built our own. Our proprietary database now includes over 1 million detectable home features with 98% recognition accuracy, and measures spaces from images to within 95% accuracy.
